  Horrible horrible live music sounded like he just started learning the piano and can't sing worth a damn, an old perv piano guy telling drunk ladies to show their butts lined up in front of the tables, no one welcomed us as we came in, takes forever to get a beer, a non working brewing set up takes up half of the floor space just for show... just an overall bad place

  Worst service ever. Hostesses were rude. Sat at the table for 10 minutes we were completely ignored. One of the waiters was having a full on conversation with the table across from us but did not have time to take my drink order.
  Watch out for the handles in the restroom they are as sharp as razors. My wife cut her hand on them. When we asked for a bandaid they seemed annoyed and confused. We will never go back.

  we just left there....Unfortunately not a good experience..this was our second time at the place. The first was much better than the second....We had a comedy show at 7:30 so we went to grab a bite to eat at 6:05. There was no wait so we were seated right away. We ordered our food by 6:15 a burger and chili nothing too complex. Our server Robin was less than attentive to us. I guess if we were the group two booths in front then it would have been our lucky day as she seemed very attentive to their presence and needs. We finally received out food at about 7:15 ... REALLY an HOUR for a burger and chili. WOW!!! We had to flag her down during the course of our wait just to get a status of when our order was going to arrive. Truly poor customer service! The food was okay and the beer was good....save your self and just drink at the bar! It is unfortunate to have this experience since my girlfriend and I eat out very often..almost everyday! If you want good food and better service with a great selection of beer then go to the Yard House! Save yourself the frustration and the TIME!
